Why we exist
Buying something intimate should not require guesswork.
Most shops go one of two ways. They either wink at you, or they talk like a clinic. Neither tells you what the thing is made of, whether it will suit you, or how to look after it. We started Lushplay because that information belongs on the page before you spend anything, not in a review thread you find afterwards.
How we work
Every product page states the material, the care and who it suits. We take that from the manufacturer’s own specification rather than the marketing copy on the box. Where we do not know something, the page says so instead of filling the gap.
We stock what we can explain. If a product arrives without the detail we need to describe it honestly, it does not go live.
Our guides answer the questions people actually ask, in plain English, and they are written by us. There are more than 130 of them. If a guide tells you not to buy something, that is the point of it, not a failure.
What we will not do
- Call something body safe without telling you what it is made of.
- Describe a product in superlatives and leave it there.
- Push the most popular thing when a cheaper one suits you better.
- Put a body on a product page and call it lifestyle.
- Invent a reason to buy today.
Discretion
Orders arrive in plain, unmarked packaging. Nothing on the outside says what is inside, and the name on your statement gives nothing away either. It shows LP TRADING.
If you see LP TRADING and are not sure what it is, it will be an order from us. Get in touch and we will find it for you.
You must be 18 or over to shop with us.
Who we are
Lushplay is a UK business. We are reachable before you buy, not only after. If you are not sure which of two products suits you, ask us and we will tell you, including when the answer is neither.
